Frank J. Riccio II is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney with a distinguished record in both state and federal courts. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 75 criminal cases to conclusion, securing multiple “not guilty” verdicts in complex and high-stakes matters. His appellate experience includes arguing cases before the Connecticut Appellate Court, the Connecticut Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Attorney Riccio is frequently cited in state and national media, and his cases have been featured in local, regional, and national news outlets. He is a sought-after speaker and panelist at legal seminars, including programs hosted by the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.

A leader within the criminal defense bar, Attorney Riccio serves on the Executive Board of the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, a statewide organization of approximately 350 attorneys committed to safeguarding constitutional rights and improving the criminal justice system.
