David LaMalva

David maintains a comprehensive criminal defense practice representing individuals charged with a wide range of serious offenses. He has handled complex property crimes, including theft and arson. During his career defending criminal charges and DUI charges, David has built relationships with judges, prosecutors, clerks, court personnel and law enforcement. David is a former Board Member for Georgia Legal Services and the Rockdale Hospital Foundation. He was selected as a member of Leadership Rockdale, a program of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Conyers Housing Authority and the DeKalb Technical College Law Enforcement Academy Advisory Board. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Criminal Law Section, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Rockdale and Newton County Bar Associations.
