F.R. Chip Dunne, III, is an accomplished trial attorney admitted to practice law in New Jersey and California, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is based primarily in the firm’s Springfield and Kearny, New Jersey offices, where he represents clients in complex and high-stakes matters across multiple areas of litigation including criminal defense litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Dunne maintains an active criminal defense practice, drawing on his firsthand experience within the New Jersey criminal justice system. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kevin G. Callahan, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Hudson County Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. In this role, he gained valuable insight into criminal procedure, motion practice, and trial strategy, experience that now informs his vigorous defense of individuals facing serious criminal charges.
