There is no such thing as a minor criminal charge, DUI, or other moving violation. At a minimum, you will be faced with fines, court costs, and increased insurance rates. At worst, you could lose your driver’s license, be excluded from jobs or other opportunities, and face jail or even prison time. The criminal defense attorney team at Kuhn Rogers understands how stressful it can be to be faced with criminal charges or a traffic violation. While we have extensive experience representing clients in these matters, we never treat them as routine. We know what is at stake for you, and we treat your legal matter as if it were our own.

The firm provides zealous representation for individuals charged with crimes throughout Northern Michigan and the eastern portion of the Upper Peninsula. We have represented individuals charged with misdemeanors and lower-level felonies.

Misdemeanor representation includes assistance with charges of:

  • OUIL and driving-related offenses
  • Criminal trespass
  • Disturbing the peace
  • DNR violations
  • Assault and battery
  • Minor drug offenses

Felony representation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Theft
  • Embezzlement
  • NSF checks
  • Property-related offenses
  • Weapons and assault charges

We pride ourselves on providing timely, vigorous, and cost-effective defense to our clients.
